YouTube Now Displays Vertical Videos On iOS PHONES

The tech giant Google’s well-known giant video platform, of course, YouTube is no longer a phenomenon that everyone tried to seek explanation to be part of our daily life and source of information and entertainment as well for a generation. Now, taking advantage of the end of the year and the traditional #YouTubeRewind, the tech giant Google’s well-known giant video platform, of course, YouTube recently revealed the list of most viewed YouTube videos in 2017.

However, now according to the latest reports, we might see another great music streaming service in 2018. Yes, I am talking about the YouTube Remix, which, as Bloomberg, a well-known media platform has revealed, maybe the tech giant Google’s third attempt to merge signatures on its video platform.

According to the magazine, YouTube Remix is due in March; the tech giant Google would have already partnered with Warner Music Group and would be talking to Sony Music, Universal Music Group and Merlin, a consortium of independent record labels.

YouTube Remix should mix some features of Spotify with YouTube itself, such as integrating music with video clips. Some artists would already have been contacted to help promote the new streaming service.

Apart from streaming videos on YouTube, the tech giant Googe’s well-known giant video platform YouTube is heavily used to listen to music as well: a study by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) shows that 85% of people who visited YouTube during the analyzed period listened to some music.

However, now apart from all these things I consider losing the battle against vertical videos. They look terrible on the computer screen and on TVs, but the reality is that they are often recorded and viewed on smartphones.

Even YouTube gave in, as the Android app displays full-screen videos recorded vertically; and now, the same goes for iOS as well.

In fact, the app goes one step further: the player dynamically adapts to the size of the video. For example, if you want to check YouTube recommendations, you can slide up and continue to see only one area of the vertical video. Slide down, and it will again take up as much as space available on the screen.

This is clearer in the GIF below:-

In August, the tech giant Google’s giant video platform YouTube announced plans to include this feature, which has been activated for some users ever since. Soon it will be available to everyone on iOS.

The tech giant Google’s giant video platform YouTube has also taken vertical videos in a feature similar to “stories”: Moments (Reels) last up to 30 seconds each, and include stickers, filters, music, text and much more.

So, what do you think about this new feature introduced by YouTube for iOS? Simply share all your views and thoughts in the comment section below.
